What "Verified by Hearthfare" means
Li's Hearth holds a current home kitchen permit from the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health and Quality, permit MEHKO-2026-00841. A Hearthfare Account Manager checked that permit before this Hearth was allowed to accept its first order.
Pickup at Li's Hearth
Orders close at 1:00 PM for same-day pickup. Park on 30th Street and come to the side gate — the orange one. Your name will be on the bag.
How dine-in works
Dine-in is a request, not an instant booking. Your card is held, not charged. During Li's response hours, she has 15 minutes to accept; outside those hours, the 15 minutes start when she's next able to respond. Only once she accepts is the payment taken. If Li declines or doesn't respond in time, the hold is released and you are not charged. Four chairs at one table, so you may be sitting with neighbors you have not met yet.

Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 3 hours before your pickup window for a full refund. After that I have already shopped and started cooking, so I can only offer a partial refund.

Refund policy
If something is wrong with your food, message me and I will make it right — a full or partial refund, whichever fits. Refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original card.
